MUSTANG CONVOY Become a Sponsor to help



Just 10 Sponsors Needed

     I am organizing the Inaugural MUSTANG CONVOY for Veterans and we are seeking just 10 more Sponsors at just $500 each to help with this cool Event. This will be a Two Day One Night Event, June 5&6, 2020 cruising over to Pensacola Beach. We leave Tallahassee on Friday Morning where we have Lunch, check into the Hotel and spend some time on the Beach and on Saturday, we will have Breakfast, check out of the Hotel and spend the Day at the Navy Aeronautical Museum. I will be contacting some of the Car Clubs in Pensacola to get a Cruise In organized there as well. I am hoping to get 40 or More Mustangs plus other cool Cars to Convoy over. Being the first Convoy, it will be trimmed down. Each Car owner on the Convoy is to be a Mini-Host to a Veteran. The Mini-Host is to Pay for the Meals for the Veteran in their Car and for the shared Hotel Room which, will be about $300 plus Gas. I am hoping to raise enough money to pay for a Couple of Helpers, Event Car Decals for the Participants, special Event Poker Chip Keepsakes for the Participants and for the Saturday Lunch for all the Convoy Participants. Each MUSTANG CONVOY Participant leaving from Tallahassee will receive a Lunch Ticket, Event Car Decal and Event Poker Chip. The 10 or more Sponsors will receive a Special Inspirational Challenge Coin and a 12x16 inch Ad placed on one of the Two Large Banners that will be displayed at the Cruise In at the Museum for all to see. The goal of this Event is to give the Veterans a chance to enjoy themselves with out having to worry about the cost and the Mini-Host to spend time with a Veteran. If we can get 20 or more Sponsors, I will be pay for at lease 30 Hotel Rooms. I am planning to fill 100 Goody Bags to hand out to the first 50 Convoy Cars, one for the Mini-Host and one for the Veteran. Sponsors are encouraged to donate items for the Goody Bags. Anyone who would like to have just their Business Card placed in the Goody Bags, please contribute $50. Company Checks are to be made out to HAWKS FRIENDS, Inc. Thank You.
