Hello Friends, I am David Hawkins, I am the Founder and CEO of HAWKS FRIENDS, Inc. I started "HAWKS FRIENDS" to give back to our Local Veterans. I have
lived in Tallahassee Florida for 59 Years, it is my Home. I have many Relatives that have served in the Armed Forces as well as several immediate Family members. I myself joined the
Air Force back in October 1981. I attended Boot Camp in San Antonio Texas and that is where I was diagnosed with Scoliosis, Curvature of the Spine. I accepted an Honorable Discharge at
the end of Boot Camp. I have always heard never let anyone operate on your Back and to this day, against my Doctors wishes, no one has. I will be Retiring soon and I am now putting a lot
more time and effort into this Cause.
I have been wanting to give back to our local Veterans for a long time and now, since it is just me at this time, I am doing what I can, to get it started the best I can
with what I have. I feel we cannot do enough for our Veterans so, I created "HAWKS FRIENDS", Inc., a recent 501(c)3 Nonprofit (83-1352360) in Tallahassee. Once we get up and running, we
will be dedicated to helping our local Military Veterans. Starting out small, I am planning two special Annual Events, The FIRST will be a NEW YEARS EVE BALL and the SECOND will be a MEMORIAL DAY
SOCIAL.
I have also decided to add to HAWKS FRIENDS with a special Program to help a lot more People, not just our Veterans. I recently bought a few Enclosed Trailers for special
Projects and this idea popped in my Head about using Trailers to People in Need. The Program will be called "Hawks TRAILERS OF HOPE". The idea is to announce where one or more of the
Trailers will be for People who would like to Donate for that Cause. the 4x6 Enclosed Trailers will cost $3,600 each and will be used to collect New Stuffed Animals (10 to 24 inches tall) which
we will distribute them between the different Law Enforcement Agencies so their Officers can give them to Kids they encounter at a Crash they roll up on. The Stuffed Animals helps the Child a
lot. The 6x12 Enclosed Trailers cost $4,200 each and will be used to Collect and Distribute donated items such as Box Fans in the Summer for the Elderly and Coats, Blankets and Heaters in the
Winter for the Elderly and Homeless. The 7x18 Enclosed Trailers will cost $7,600 and will be used to help out during bigger needs such as Hurricanes and other Major Storms to help Collect and
Distribute Water, Food and other needed Supplies.
I will be purchasing and Donating the first Trailer, a Pink 4x6 Enclosed Trailer and will Letter it in Black soon after it arrives, Photos will be posted. On the rear
Door will be a special message: " This Trailer was Donated by: David T. Hawkins ". I will be needing about 3 of the 4x6 Trailers, about 3 of the 6x12 Trailers and 2 of the bigger 7x18
Trailers. If a Business would like to Donate the cost of a Trailer and have their Name forever seen on that Trailer, we would be forever grateful to you. I chose Bright Pink for the Trailers
for several reasons, to make them stand out and easy to locate, it is a soothing color, it is a color of Hope and it is a color less likely to be stolen.
I will be contacting Businesses soon in hopes of getting permission to sit in their Parking Lot for a few Hours on a Saturday or Sunday so People can drop off Items.

Instead of selling this Trailer, I decided to try something new. I will be retiring soon so I have also started a Podcast to fill my time. It is called, The Curmudgeon
Hawk. I will be talking about everything, including Cars and this Nonprofit, I am always looking for content. SO, what better way to raise money for "HAWKS FRIENDS" and get content for
my Podcast than to GIVE the Trailer away. This is how it will happen. Take a close up Photo of your Race Car and Print it on a full page, Type your Name, City, State, Year, Make, Model, Engine,
Trans, Rear and Fastest Time in the Eighth and Quarter using a font size 20 Font. THEN, seperately, using about 100 Words, tell me about the BEST Race you have ever ran, tell me who it was with,
what Track was it at and the results. The best Race and why you think so. Also type it in a size 20 Font. Print it all out, Put a $100 Dollar Bill with it, Tri-Fold the Pages hiding the Money
and Mail it to me. When I reach 100 submissions, I will put those Names into a special Drawing and I will then have some one pull a Name to award this Trailer to. What the $100 is for is to
have me read your Story on my Podcast. I will read a couple of the Stories on each Pod Cast as well as Talk about your Car while saying who owns it and even flash the Photo of it to the Camera.
Giving away the Trailer is just a perk but I must receive 100 Submissions before that happens, it could take 3 Months or 30 Months to receive 100 Submissions. It could go faster if you help
spread the word about this. Also, tell me who your Favorite Speed Shop is and the Shop with the most mentions will receive some FREE Advertising.
THE COUPON BOOK
To raise the needed funding, I am choosing not to beg our Government for it. Instead, I am taking an idea from my School Days back the 70s & 80s and will be Creating
and Printing 3000 special Coupon Books filled with about 100 Coupons offering 20% to 50% off Services and Products. I am seeking your Permission to include your Businesses in the Coupon Books.
Since this will be the first Coupon Book, the plan is to have the Coupons expire December 31, 2027 and will not be valid with other Offers or Coupons.
The goal is to start off by printing just 3000 Coupon Books that have 20% to 50% Off Coupons from about 300 Businesses. The Coupon Books will then be sold for just
$50 each where the Money goes to HAWKS FRIENDS to keep it going as well as advertising, Printing and marketing the Coupon Books as well as the participating Businesses. There will also be a
special Coupon inside each Coupon Book that the Purchasers of the Book get to fill out and send in where one of them will be chosen to receive a very special Gift from HAWKS FRIENDS.
I see a lot of 20% to 50% off Coupons by local Businesses in Print and on Social Media, but these Coupons will not only bring you Customers but they will be helping
Local Veterans. I will be selling the Coupon Books in Person and On Line. The very special Gift will be revealed on our Web Site after the 2500th Book sells. I hope to do this every Year.
