My name is David Hawkins and I have been into Cars my whole life, owning close to 250 since High School with most being Mustangs. Doing everything from Customizing
them to Rebuilding them to Creating them. In late 1997, I sent a proposal to Carroll Shelby to be able to create the Tribute Edition Shelby Mustangs starting with the 1994 Mustangs. After
about 16 Months, Contracts were signed and my new Company, MUSTANG F/X, Inc. was born January 1, 1999. Instead of the usual 2 Year Contract, I was given a 5 Year Contract and close to 100
Cars using 1994 to 2005 Mustangs were built. I used the GT 350 for the V6 Mustangs, the GT 500 for the GT Mustangs and the GT 500KR for the Cobra Mustangs. After the Contracts were signed,
I got a call from his Attorney telling me that Carroll had shut down two Companies that were producing the Shelby Emblems that I was using and expect them to rise greatly in price, which they
did. After the first 5 Cars were built, Mr. Shelby allowed me to design my own Emblems, he liked them so much, he had me send him a Dozen.
Hanging out with Mr. Shelby over the Years at the big MCA Mustang Shows, chatting and exchanging Ideas, I was allowed to create the Tribute Edition Shelby Hauler,
Tribute Edition Shelby Mountain Bikes, Die Cast Cars and Tee Shirts. His Attorney told me that Carroll loves everything I have done and that I can pretty much do what I want, I just need to
keep him in the loop so they can do the Addendums to my Contract. I remember, during one of our conversations, he asked how it was going and I mentioned that about half the Cars being built
are V6 Models, I remember how he was intrigued with that bit of news. After the 5 Years, when my Contract ended with Shelby American Licesing, Carroll started building the Shelby GT Mustangs,
I was told by someone at Shelby American that, since about half of the Tribute Edition Shelby Mustangs that I created were V6 Models, Carroll Shelby created and produced the Shelby CS6 Shelby
Mustang through Shelby American and later the V6 powered Shelby Terlingua Mustang.
Carroll liked how I always used the best Materials to produce the Tribute Edition Shelby Mustangs and that I took great pride in what I was doing. I remember telling
him that I have a lot of pride in what I do because, not only is his name at stake, so is mine, I still take great pride in what I do. The Tribute Edition Shelbys were designed and produced to
pay Tribute to Carroll Shelby for everything he has done for the Automotive World. 20 Years later, I have decided to get back into building Limited Edition Kits to pay Tribute to Carroll Shelby
again for all he has done for others, by creating the "BLACK HAT EDITION" Series. Starting with the "BLACK HAT EDITION" Appearance Package for 2015 to Present Ford Mustangs and
the New Maverick and Ranger Trucks.
David Hawkins, owner of MUSTANG F/X, who brought you the Limited Edition TRIBUTE EDITION SHELBY Kit for 1994 to 2005 Ford Mustangs and Trucks, is starting a new
Company, "BLACK HAT PERFORMANCE", Inc., to bring you something new, something Cool, something Limited. In Honor of Carroll Shelby, we are offering the "BLACK HAT EDITION" kit
for 2015 to Present Ford Mustangs, the new Maverick and New Ranger. It is Limited to just 50 Kits per Year Model. ALL must be in great condition. With the relationship
that Carrol and I had over the Years, I truly believe that he would have approved this Kit. "BLACK HAT PERFORMANCE, Inc." will keep a Registry of each one produced.

Pair of Unique Metal Black Hat Fender Emblems, a Pair of Black Hat Lower Side Stripes, a unique Hood Stripe, a Numbered Under Hood Plaque and a Numbered Dash Plaque. This complete Kit
only comes in Matt Black and sells for just $625 with shipping in the Connected 48 States included. You must already own a 2015 or newer Ford Mustang in great condition to order this

This Kit only comes in Matt Black. Since the 2015 to Present Mustangs already have Nice Wheels, nice sounding Exhaust, a Cool Stance and plenty of Power, we are not
including any Modifications but we are not stopping you from doing those Mods on your own. The "BLACK HAT EDITION" Kit is great for the Mustang owner who wants something totally
different than the one next door, that Honors Carroll Shelby and has a Subtle Appearance but still draws attention.
Black Hat Edition Mustang Registry
Black Hat Performance Inc. is adding to their Stable with the all new 1965/1966 Black Hat Edition Mustang Fastbacks. All will be Black with Matt Black Stripes and
custom Black Interior but that is not all. We will start with a beautiful totally Restored Fastback Mustang with Photo Proof and Receipts of the Restoration. Once it is in our Shop, we tear
it back down for another total Rebuild. The Body gets disassembled, a aftermarket Shelby style Hood, Front Racing Apron are installed on the 1965 models and a Aftermarket Shelby style Hood,
Racing Apron, Side Scoops and Quarter Windows are installed on the 1966 Models before a full repaint but, before it gets the new shiny coat and reassembled, the Engine, Transmission, Rear End,
Suspension and Interior gets removed. A Portion of the Profits will be divided between two Nonprofits, The Carroll Shelby Foundation and Hawks Friends which will be helping Local Veterans
in the Tallahassee area.
The Engine is replaced with a 437/450HP Create Motor, the Transmission is totally rebuilt to Performance Specs, the Rear End gets totally rebuilt to Racing Specs,
all new adjustable Suspension is installed along with the biggest Disc Brakes possible on all four corners cloaked in bigger Wheels and Tires. A full modified Nascar style Roll Cage is
welded in as well as Subframe Connectors and two Fire Suppression Systems installed. The custom Interior will include a Rear Seat Delete Shelf and custom Racing Seats to keep you planted in
the tight Curves on the Track.
To order your Limited Black Hat Edition Mustang Fastback is pretty simple. At this time, they start at just $232,499 plus Tax, Tag and Title Fees for 1965 Models and
$245,4999 for 1966 Models. We will need a $10,000 Deposit before we start looking for the right Mustang, you have just TWO Choices, Manual or Automatic. Once a Mustang is found, we will notify
you and you will need to pony up $100,000 so we can purchase the Car and the Crate Motor. Once the Car is in our Shop, you will then need to pony up another $100,000 for the Build and the
Balance when completed. The Money you send us is spent buying and building YOUR special Mustang. If you choose to go with a Manual Transmission but want to up grade it to a 5 or a 6 Speed we
can do it for a small up charge. We do not convert Automatics to Manual Transmissions.
They will all be painted Black and have Matt Black Stripes and custom Black Hat Edition Emblems, will be very Streetable, Showable and be able to rip through the Curves
on any Road Course you take it to. The Black Hat Edition Mustang Fastbacks pay Tribute to Carroll Shelby for all he has done for others. Unlike the Tribute Edition Shelby Mustangs my other
Company, MUSTANG F/X, Inc. produced, these will not be Licensed because they will not have any Shelby Trademarked items used on them. Also, as a Bonus, we will need your Hat Size because,
when you come to pick up your Black Hat Edition Mustang, their will be a Black Stetson Hat just like the one Carroll Shelby wore waiting for you on your Passenger Seat. There will only be 25
1965 and just 25 of the 1966 Black Hat Edition Mustang Fastbacks built and each will be numbered.
We are now offering the cool new 2025 Black Hat Edition Track Rat Mustangs, all will be the Eco-boost Fastbacks for Tripple Purpose, Daily Driver, Car Shows and Road
Racing. These special Mustangs will be ideal for Road Course Points Racing, Club Track Days, Auto-Cross and SOLO II Racing and others. I have entered well over 250 Car Shows over the Years,
showing a Mustang, and if I was not winning First Place, I was taking home a Best of Class and several times Second Place but I was always taking home a Trophy. A Portion of the Profits

The Track Rat Mustangs will look pretty much Factory BUT will have a Nascar style Roll Cage, Modified Suspension, Modified Chassis, Better Brakes, Better Exhaust,
Better Wheels & tires and Fire Suppression Systems. These Mustang Track Rats are built to look pretty Stock but have a lot of Star Power on any Road Track. The Mustang Track Rat by Black Hat
Performance exudes "COOL".

need a $10,000 Deposit before we start looking for the right Mustang, you have just TWO Choices, Manual or Automatic. Once a Mustang is found, we will notify you and you will need to pony up
$75,000 so we can purchase the Car and and get started on the build. The Money you send us is spent buying and building YOUR special Mustang. We will keep you updated along the way. Also,

You can now order your new limited edition 2024 Harley-Davidson Black Hat Edition Street Bob Motorcycle and own one of the first ones built. These special Harley
Motorcycles pay Homage to Carroll Shelby for all he has done for others. We are hoping to build at least 5 for the 2024 Model Year. Each one will receive the Stage Two Performance Package
(Exhaust, High End Cams, Tune, Breather) installed by the Harley Davidson Dealership here in Tallahassee so it will retain the Factory Warranty and each one will be Numbered and come with a
special Black Stetson Hat like the one Carroll Shelby wore. All for just $29,899 Plus TTT. An $8,500 Deposit will get your Build started and then the Balance Paid within 5 Days of completion.
The Motorcycle will remain at the H-D Dealership for Pick Up and to finish the Paperwork to complete the sell so you become the Original Owner. The "BLACK HAT EDITION" Motorcycles pay
Homage to Carroll Shelby for all he has done for Others. We plan to build just 15 a Year but just 5 for 2024. A Portion of the Profits will be divided between two Nonprofits, The Carroll

I would like to find a local Carroll Shelby Fan that would like to own #002 at a slight discount in price of course, that would let me hold onto the Motorcycle for a few
Months to show it off. I would not be riding it OR letting anyone else Ride it. It will be on a Trailer taken to Car Shows and to Cars & Coffee Events.
